anyone have an idea what i should cap next, he use to start as te but ever sence ive got signed hes been starting fb so i had to cut catching and bring up block and str. which should i cap first

i would say just keep building him as a TE. you probably won't stay at FB forever.

well i have a 2seasons with this team

I would pump up agility and move your equipment there too. Also work on speed and strength. Those 3 will help you at either position. Wouldn't worry too much about blocking, shouldn't ignore it completely but you can train it up to a decent level.

good advice, if you want a receiveing TE i wouldn't train blocking past 30. thats enough to get you by. I know some FB's that won't even train blocking past 30.
