Is there a way to stop my FS from double teaming the WR and have him cover the HB in this formation?

Nope. It looks like your in a 3-3-5 with LBs shifted to the weak side and in a passing focus or maybe balanced cover 1?. That makes your LOLB cover the TE and it WOULD have your MLB cover the HB except you shifted to the weak side. Stay mid and he will cover the HB instead i believe.

Im thinking maybe a cover zero would have your DBs all cover someone and he might go down there to cover the HB, though dont quote me on that one.

Seems you lost that game..id say now is a great time to check and see since you have scrimmage games.

Next time tell us what defensive setup you are using exactly. I hardly EVER see the FS go man on someone when the SS stays back in coverage like that.
---------------------------------------------- Watched the play again...

oh nm i see why..its because you have the SS blitzing from way back there..thats very strange. SO now im guessing its a cover zero with the SS blitzing?

Gimme some input as to what you called on that play and i may be able to help ya a tad more.

Yeah I was in cover zero with a weak side shift with a SS blitz. All I really want to know is who has the HB in that formation so I do not blitz the man responsible for covering the HB. I am thinking it is the LOLB but I am not sure.

With a Tight End on the field, the LOLB has the TE for coverage. The MLB picks up the HB.
