Warrior General Games

I thought I'd get a general discussion going since I know I can't be the only person that is very happy (or very mad) right now.

There were a couple of things I wanted to point out:

1: The Bandits long streak of losing in the first round every year is broken. It took us 4 tries but we finally managed to win one.

2: Former Bandit Sooner5900's Devil Dogs pulled out off a giant upset against the #1 seed Rattlesnakes. Here's hoping they continue their run when they face #2 Bridge City. Assuming the Bandits find a way to get that far, a Devil Dogs vs Bandits championship game would be great.

We gotta get past the Continetals first. One game at a time. But damn it feels good to win our very FIRST playoff game we've ever been in..and the number 1 seed to boot.

For the record I can't wait to see how Huntsville @ Rochester turns out. Huntsville got the last one but that was before Rochester won 8 straight and came 1 point shy of going to OT in the 9th.

Yeah, I was looking at the wrong game, the perils of posting while at work. I should have said Philly, not Bridge City.

well good luck bro, we have a tough on ahead of us in reno knights too. This is to everyone that won their play off games, congrats! and to everyone who didn't.. keep ya heads up. As stated in this thread it took us 3 seasons to win a play off game. We dropped close losses. Literally, we loss 3 games the first round the past 3 seasons... that equated a total combined of 12 points.

Congratulations Dayton, that was a hell of a game you guys played.

..well its not gonna get any easier! haha It was good to get a win on our very first playoff game!

I'm looking forward to our matchup with Rochester, should be a well contested game. Unlike the Bandits, the Rockets have made the conference championship games 2 out of 3 years, looking to make it 3 outa 4.

Haha, not that you guys havnt been worthy, never meant to imply that lol. We've just been luckier lol.
