Does 5 Defensive touchdowns put FS Mason Sickels in the running for Defensive player of the year??

hector rodriguez. but i only say that because henry rollins was on our team. i think he was the best player on the field in most of our biggest games and was dominant in the head to head matchup.

Agreed Hoax. Both Hector and Rollins were animals this season. Rollins destroyed us, so my vote goes to him.

Big games against Stockbridge Vampires (1-15), West Coast Chargers (4-12), Los Angeles Majors (7-9), Olympia Dollar Ninety Nines (8-8) I'm not so sure that makes for DOY.

I mean the only team above .500 in that group is Maryland Iron Maidens (9-7)

Crack those Pic6's on Double T, Las Vegas Heat, Michigan Panthers or Seattle Reign.
That would be DOY worthy.

No disrespect meant to any teams mentioned in this post and also none meant to the OP as well, just my opinion.

I agree with Hector and Rollins for sure.

i'm not trying to sound biased when i say this, but TJ you cant say 'blah blah try and do it against so and so'

look at the sack totals of said DE's
10 sacks against gutted team
8 sacks
6 sacks
it's the same thing

i personally agree that both of those DE's are great defensive players, but 5 touchdowns from a defensive player is pretty good imo
there were 2 other players that did that, being skeeter and crystal (cbs)

are sacks more valuable than ints? i think that ints are harder to get. the qbs try to avoid throwing against certain players, and the GLB sim exploits speed DEs to be monsters atm

although Sickles may not be def mvp, he's easily the voodoo's def mvp, as he was a safety, not a corner, with his picks and tds. he had to cover the whole field, not just his one man and scoop up off passes

if you're voting def player for mvp, i think it might be crystal. 11 picks at his lvl is really impressive. not to mention half of those picks came back for tds. that's 10 times more difficult to do than 40 sacks

coming from an owner perspective, if the ratio is 4:1, id take the sacks every time. they are drive killers. weve been punted to 35 more times than any other team but double t, who also got consistent pressure.

Gamblers believe Hector is DPOY..we are still trying to figure out how to block him

In the last 4 seasons he has 40 tackles 8 sacks a forced fumble and an INT against us.

Rollins is #1B in our book and he is not slouch.

My vote has to go to Hector and Rollins as well. They are both unstoppable, dominant players. You can say it's because speed DE's are overpowered, but my DE is one also, and he pretty much sucks. I even tell him that. I'd like to say he is trying to mimic Hector's build, but his 1 sack makes him too disgraceful for him to even think he has anything in common with that big beautiful man.

My Vote goes to Sickels.

Not only does he like to take them to the house, he also just loves the game.

He's a team player, and he comes everyday to win.

He's just messing around, you gotta know Sickles.

i can respect this, but at the same time, and no offense, it's not
very difficult to rack up huge tackles numbers when you're the best
player on your defense and your team can't keep possession.

impressive? sure. poty? nah.
