I think it will be at least the top 5 from each division, will get moved up.

We have been having that same discussion up in A5 and a look at the CPU controlled teams shows there are just not that many of them on our path to the Pros, so if a lot of teams get moved up, it won't be just because of that.

The feeling in A5 is we will likely promote 4 teams up this season instead of the normal 2.

Part of the issue is some of the teams in the leagues above us won't be competitive in our league either (or here for that matter against the upper two tiers of teams). How far will they drop these types of teams down and how do you judge where to drop them off at?

I don't know how far Bort is going to take the realignment thing or what criteria will be used. (For instance, a slow build level 24 team will just kick the dog snot out of any "normal" level 24 team).

As a reasoned guess, I think it is fairly safe to say conference finalists stand the best chance of getting promoted up. (This would fit the additional 2 teams getting promoted up that we think will happen in A-5). It could be more than that, but who knows.

Whoever is left over D league will enjoy kicking their ASSES!!!!!!

Don't matter, in this league they still would've moved up.

According to Bort the only re-alignment that will be going on is by the way of the new promotion system. He is not going to level out the leagues all at once.

I know they're not balancing out, but he is moving gutted teams down and shuffling additional teams up based on record and how far they get in the playoffs.
