Here are his (relevant) stats:
Strength: 61.2 Speed: 68.2 Agility: 59.2
Jumping: 14.35 Catching: 14.35 Stamina: 34.17
Carrying: 30.63 Vision: 21.02 Confidence: 18.2
All his gear is currently in speed. Right now, I am planning to:
1) Boost once, put 4 points into agility (I think the 3 point cap is 60.4 something, so if my math is right, I should barely get that)
2) Boost two more times, spend 12 total points in speed
3) Next season, spend 8 points to get speed to a base of 60
Now, I'm at a loss as to what to do from here. I plan to intense train vision/confidence for the entire season, with a goal of hitting 27 or so by the end of the year (not figuring in the points from token boosting). But I'm debating as to where I should go from here. Things I'm considering:
-Points into Carrying to get it to 48
-Points into catching, possibly -- maybe get used as a #4 or #5 WR
-More points into speed, agility, or strength.
Right now, I'm leaning towards the first. After that, do people think catching to 35 or 40 would be worth it? Note that I have no SAs, and don't plan to add any this season, and possibly not next season. I want to get as many stats to a good base before I look at SAs. I'm actually tempted to never touch SAs and see if an RB can get good without them (though I may make an exception for Quick Cut and Cover Up). I also don't have vision listed since I'm not sure if it is reliably helping RBs out yet or if there are still downsides to higher vision. Also, I am not trying to make a back that will necessarily be a viable back this season -- this is yet another season dedicated to building and min-maxing.
I also may take him down the power back tree when I get his base stats in order. Run someone over, then get moving.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
