***Can the 8 seed upset the #1 two season in a row...? Id like to see it happen, but just dont think it will. Mal Brown will have a field day in this game vs Porto and be the key reason for the Meatballs to sail into the 2nd round. If Porto has any kind of chance to win, they will have to solely rely on the arm of Amaya and hope for a win. I think he can keep them in the game, but with the Meatballs running attack Porto will run out of time. Best of luck to both teams.

4. Korb Destroyers vs 5. Frankfurt HEAT

***These two just played each other 4 days ago and it was a very close game. I expect things to be a little different this time though. Korb was able to put up almost 500 yards of offense and they will do it again. A nice balanced offense of Korb will be too much for the HEAT defense to stop. For HEAT to have any kind of chance they will have to figure out how to stop the three headed monster of Hayden, Montoya, and Runner who combined for over 250 yards on the ground last time for an avg of over 7ypc. 2. Rivals Mainbord Pimps vs 7. PPP Longnecks

***This game is the most interesting to me, At first glance i thought, an easy win for the Pimps....BUT, i can see a possible upset here. Im taking the Longnecks! In their previous meeting the Longnecks played the Pimps very tough and lost in OT thanks in large part to a key 3rd down sack by Mr. Bundy. I expect this game to be as good as the first one and the MVP of the game to be PPP's RB Jimmy Slasher. Best of luck to both teams.

3. Rotterdam Roughnecks vs 6. MA Trolls

***The rubber match! These two teams have been matched up in the 1st round of the playoffs three seasons in a row now. Trolls won in season 3 and Roughnecks in season 4. Expect this game to be very very close and be decided one on or two big plays. This game will showcase two of the best QBs in WEPL and it should be a heck of a game. The Trolls are hungry for revenge as the Roughnecks upset them last season when they were the favorites to win it all. If the roughnecks plan on winning this game they will have to figure out how to play better defense. They are 3-2 in their last 5 games after starting out 10-1, and the same can be said about the Trolls who are 2-2 in the last 4. Expect alot of offense! Id say combined over 750yards in this game. Could come down to whomever has the ball last will win. Best of luck to you guys.

Of all the teams to match up with you guys first round they are the most interesting

I think the Roughnecks / Trolls game could absolutely go either way. A lucky fumble or int could seal it.

Lots of good matchups this year.

yeah they were tough to call, at first glance for me i figured eaasy wins for korb, stockholm, and pimps. but after looking at thier previous matchups and what not, i was like damn. Zeta was really tough this season. Any team can literally beat anyone.(except alpha, they are just bad )

Maybe Bort will add 2-pt conversions before the game.

All the Destroyers-Heat games where pretty close and usually decided on the last posession. Even we racked up 500 Yards 4 days ago, there is no guarantee that we will be able to do this again. If we play a mistake free game, I´m confident that we will beat the Heat, but a fumble or interception can change the whole game.

tbh, I agree. We will keep the FS 50 yards back, just in case, imo. Although, I doubt they will get past our box.
