I was just wondering if CBs were really the best for KR/PR. What do yall think?

Nope, CBs are probably 3rd, behind WRs and HBs. The only reason people ever used CBs was for the Return Specialist SA, but that's available and very effective on advanced equipment to everyone.

Another way to think about it, CBs get 4 SAs that help in returning (First Step, CD, Return and Super Vision), and also have the slowest automatic growth in Carrying. WRs have 5 SAs that help, and HBs have all 10.

why they are good is they can often have higher agility/speed/vision than WRs, since they don't need to put any points into catching(or jumping if they're playing 4th or 5th CB. Also they are cheaper to make and your returner really needs to be a returner first if you want them to be overly successful.

Part 2 of why CB's have the KR SA is they are a defensive player. They get to sit on the bench after the run back. Where as, a good RB or WR has to stay on the field and hope they don't hand him the ball as he is still sucking air.

The RB/WR are better because of all the running after catching the ball SA's they have. (Spin, Juke, etc.)
I have 2 CB's that are KR/PR.
One is doing ok, the other so-so. They are better in the lower leagues.
Also noticed a jump by pumping the SA to 6-7 vs 3-4.

My CB has 24 total TD's this year.
3 are INT returns for TD's
3 KR for TD's
18 PR for TD's (one blow-out game of over 1000 yards PR against a gutted team)
