I'm not sure where to put my skill points now as I've already soft capped speed/agilty and vision. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Take vision to the second soft cap first.

And pump up Super Vision.

I'd say he needs to work on: Strength, Tackling, Diving Tackle SA, Superior Vision SA, and Closing Speed SA.

But mainly Strength, Tackling, and Superior Vision.
