RARs vs Kazan

Call it a tale of two schedules, Kazan got beat up early then feasted on cupcakes, RARs got their dessert in early and got slapped around lately, even with a surprising loss to the USSR Goons. Talent wise Kazan should win this game, but Im just not sure they have shown that their tactics and talent wins games or keeps it close with good teams. RARs have at least kept it closer with the best Alpha has to offer.

NFL vs GCP
Call it the "I dont want to be in Detroit's bracket" Brawl! The winner of this game gets the 3rd seed in Alpha and doesnt have to see Detroit until Round 3, if they make it that far, whereas the loser will have to face off with Detroit in Round 2, assuming all the higher seeds win.

Demon Brigade vs USSR
I know typically this would not have been a game, but it seems that the depth on Demon Brigade is really lacking lately and Psychonaut hasnt been the same since Hurricane Ike ran over his house .. I wonder why! Anyhow, the surprising Alpha competitiors the USSR Goons could very well win this game and make it interesting, it would be more interesting if Wroclaw upset Vilnius, but I just dont see that happening. However USSR winning this game, quite possible, seems they are really into it. A 6th seed also keeps them out of Detroits bracket, though they havent really shown that they can hang with any of the teams that they will see Round 1.

LRC vs Chernobyl
This is a MUST win for Chernobyl, but the liklihood is low. In order for them to get into the playoffs Chernobyl has to win, they dont have the tiebreaker over Cincinnati and in order to have more wins than Cincinnati they need to win 2, as Cincinnati is unlikely to win their next 2. As I said 4 games ago, they HAD to win one against one of the top 3 teams they faced and so far its 0-2, with a scoring margin of 7-114, so stopping LRC doesnt seem positive, but stranger things have happened. LRC is unlikely to move down and its impossible for them to move up, so they will likely be in SGA's bracket, something no one in Zeta wants.

Dogdandy vs Cincinnati
I called this a tossup 4 games ago, I now move it towards Dogdandy, but only a slight edge. If Cincinnati wins this game, they are in the playoffs, if they dont, they have to worry about Chernobyl or Demoniak jumping them, because Detroit should be a handfull for Week 16. For Dogdandy, they are in, now its just where. Are they in Prague or SGA's side of the bracket and where do they actually want to be? They have a gutted team Week 16, so thats a certain win, if they win this game, that might very well put them ahead of Dubai, as Dubai has 2 solid games in Weeks 15 and 16 and could very well lose one of them. What does that mean? Well not a lot, it means Dubai and Dogdandy switch who the home team is and who has momentum into heading down the road to play Prague.

Dubai vs Demoniak
Well here is a mix of run vs pass, Demoniak has been close with most everyone this season, but just not quite there, but they should make the playoffs because Week 16 is against Washington, and well Washington hasnt really beaten anyone in Alpha. Dubai .. well they have lost a step this season, last season when passing was even more insane than this season, Dubai romped, this season .. not so much, defenses have adjusted, players are faster .. we will see if the Demoniak offense can keep the ball away from them and their defense can slow Dubai down. Either its a close win for Demoniak or a blowout win for Dubai .. I cant tell you what will happen. Dubai has a much harder job for the playoffs and could possibly drop one of the two next games to slide to 5th, but they wont slide any lower than that and will certainly be part of Prague's bracket.

The AI was fine all season til now.. Not sure why we went for it on 4th and goal instead of kicking the game tying field goal there. ugh

Sorry Cher, if we would have known this was a must win for you we could have thrown the game.

Haha, good luck (literally) when we meet if we do. Solid squad improving every week.

Playing GCP for the title is perfect, assuming we both make it there

I look forward to a rematch with Detroit in the playoff. BRING IT ON CHEETAHS!!!! (providing we BOTH win our round one matchups.)

Hahah, as pleasant as that would be, it would be fairly........unfair.

At least we kept it respectable. To be 100% honest, I didn't change 1 % from our last game as I felt it was a pretty good one. Turns out it gave us some decent results. Also, happy to say we are one of few teams to make Jack Tack turn the ball over

GG however, look forward to next year.

Not to sound like a jerk or demean your team but I am happy with this. GCP has done very well against us in the playoffs although we never this good when we played them previously.
