ive been looking at some high leveled cb builds.

some have 90+ speed, most have 75.

lets say your going up against a cb with 75 speed and you have 85 speed.

no problem except the safety is THERE to help out.

you need that extra 10 speed to beat the safety.

safeties have around 65 speed.

the most important sa for a speed wr is first step.

first step gives you like +20 speed almost if its maxed.

so lets say you have 85 speed, 61 agility and 55 catching.

along with that you have 10 first step and 10 route run.

can you be stopped?

NO

I have 7 First Step and have not noticed it working for me. That's just my experience.

Not all WRs are TD threats every time they catch the ball. Some teams would prefer a 70 spd/50 agi/50 catch/50 jump/45 vis guy...and they have their place in GLB.

I think 85 is a good number if you want to be fast enough to break off huge runs after the catch. That's where my speed is at and I haven't seen a play yet where someone tracked me down from behind. But not ALL receivers need 85 speed, possession WRs definitely don't.
