What would be a setting to correct the safties in this play? I'm assuming it would be a bad idea to run goal line here with 2 WRs, but I'm not sure what would make them move up or defend the run.

Maybe setting to run focus, changing coverage to cover 1 or cover 0 might have an affect on safety alignment. I'm not 100% sure as I am still new with DC settings as well.

Goal line, cover 1, with run focus I would think would move a safety into the box.

With goal line, will the corners move out to cover any wr if they are in?

Try a 4-3 cover 0 with both safeties blitzing.

Just go with the Goalline Defense.

At the 1.5 yard line, its pretty much a 90%+ success rate for the run. Goalline is your best bet to stop the run. If they decide to pass, it would work in favor of you. You still got the 2 CB and even if they are slightly out of position, their success rate is far below 90% if they would run instead.

not really. do setting for goaline, and a 2nd setting for inside the 3. goalline formation garuntees a run, so the goalline defense is better. inside the 3, 4-3 cover 0 is pretty stellar. just make sure inside the 3 is the first thing listed on your def ai.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Would this be good as well (4-3 cover 0)if a team came out with 3 WRs with the same situation?

Yep Cover 0 will help. If the team is that close to the goal line, you gotta send pressure and have your CB's play short. Blitz the house IMO.

Run G-line within the 3 yd line when ever the other team is in G-line. Your CB's will stay out with the wr's in single coverage.
