How can an offensive AI be set to run and pass mostly from the I formation and strong I formation? Those two formations seem to have the best mix of run and pass plays IMO and I am trying to help my teams OC.

If you run a fairly balanced offense with most of your passes being short-medium ranged, odds are most of your plays will probably come out of the I.

Plays that do not come out of the I / Strong I:
- QB run
- Passes to the HB or FB (as primary; still could pass to them as check-downs)
- Long passes
Set all these to 0 and you will maximize your odds of running I / strong I.
