I have an advanced piece of equipment with +1 vision, +3 stamina, and +1 shutdown coverage. I know "shutdown coverage" works for cbs and man-to-man coverage, but do you think it can be useful for an ss. thanks in advance

It'd be extremely useful. One, it doesn't require high levels in the SA to activate more frequently (it's just a bonus applied to attributes/swat ball chance), two the SS covers the TE enough (if a team runs a lot of Cover 1/Cover 0), that you'd get use out of it.
