The Hobbs Gerbil Wranglers are dead (again).
The amazingly unoriginal "Austin Horns," aka "The New BBB4 Cupcakes" are born. I have a couple points to make about this.
1) Why would you do this mid-season as opposed to during your chem grace period? You brought in a bunch of players, were mediocre, then gutted? Your fan support and chemistry is now screwed, so I hope you don't plan on doing anything useful until the middle of next season unless you can assemble a French Lick type roster (which I doubt you can).
2) I feel bad for LaCrosse and Washington. Losses to them before they gutted puts LaCross in position to have to play one of the best teams in the West in the opening round, and probably keeps Washington out all together.
The worst part is, that teams that do this created a "need" to do a one time league reorg, which mark my words, will not be a one time thing. Gutting/rebuilding/team selling/collusion won't go away. So we'll all be ni our fancy new leagues next year with competitive teams, only to be right back in a league exacly like this one within a couple seasons.
