What can be done to prevent 4 kick return TDs from happening again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need more speed. Switch out some of those guys on your KOS depth chart for starters if you have to. I see that the FS and SS on the DC have horrendous builds. (Impossible to have a good build as a safety with 30 pass defense bar)
I assume some of the others on the KOS are bad as well.
