In general, what do you guys think is the best special ability for a QB?

Tight Spiral I guess, though QB SA's are a bit overrated IMO. Everyone preaches Field General like its candy but has absolutely no idea how effective it truely is (no offense of course).

By far TS. I agree with the FG statement, although from the description it sounds the best, how or when do you know it worked?
And QBs SAs are not over-rated. I've worked mainly putting points into SAs this season and my completions jumped up 13 percent.

Read the topics before asking these questions please
it's very dependent on what kind of QB you want.

Tight Spiral for sure. I dont think Field general is that important. I only have equipment on it and I am level 26 and he is doing just fine

My QBs completion percentage jumped up 7% this season w/o any added SAs. Just saying your completion percentage going up is no proof that SAs are the holy grail is all.

tight spiral and pump fake, FG takes to many points to upgrade that I feel it just isnt worth it anymore once you get to a certain point

My proof that field general is overrated, is that 95% of the QBs on here call it the 2nd most important SA and say that everyone should level it up, with exactly zero knowledge (specific or general) of how effective it is.
The simple fact that people love it without any reason why is the reason that its overrated...
I am glad your QB has improved, but all I'm saying is 1 guy improving a good bit because of added SA's isn't really a relavent sample size to conclude anything from. I've seen alot of QBs out there who have way too many SA's who are less than fantastic, so with my advice I feel its best to err on the side of "SA's are overrated" because people who go SA crazy (expecially early) can ruin their players...

i never said they are the holy grail. They are a great complement to a good build though. I strongly agree that you need to build your QB's attributes first, but to ignore SAs entirely is just plain stupid.
Regardless there is more than one way to create a great QB, and some, like me do it through SAs. Once I get vision, throwing and strength up to the second soft cap, I'm pretty much going to completely ignore them until I max the SAs I want.

You and your logic...whatever happened to off-the-cuff unsupported statements shot straight from the hip? I'll take the aggregate gut-instinct of the masses over your factually supported calculations anyday!
