Greetings fellow Ocho-tiers,

As the Hellcats finish the season getting beat into the turf (have you seen the last of our schedule? Yikes!) We want to send out this bragadocious claim! We might be as good as .500 next season, maybe even a bit better. We continue to get rid of the CPU's on our squad and add human fuel. We cant get enough on board this season to really offer much in the way of resistance, but we won't stop growing and building and by kick off of next season you will have to earn your victories against us, we will no longer be the league cupcake/whipping boy.

So good luck to all of you playoff bound teams, and happy trails to all of you guys that get promoted, we will be right behind you in time.

(Insert shameless plug for any players out there who want to be a Hellcat)

It was tough enough getting started and signing good players in our first season even having a group of friends that all made players specifically for our team. I can't imagine trying to build a winning team up from scratch now with so many important positions in high demand and short supply, especially if your team was bad before you got it and you play in BBB (a lot of players don't seem really interested in going to a rebuilding BBB team to play back up and good luck winning without good depth). I hope you get it turned around quickly. You might get some hope if a lot of teams get sold and moved to BBB next season. Not having to play so many teams that have a 3 season head start on you would probably help a lot.

yea its hard to sign players.... And it's a blessing when you get a few guys who have multiple players that are on the team and willing to sign them. Hell most of our offense is one guy...few on defense have a few players together. If not for that..We'd still be on the bottom like we were for the past few seasons. You'll get er done though bro..good luck with it

its tough, I now realize I pretty much have to fill the roster first and then work on plugging in the quality guys here and there as I can....

Yea, unfortunately you need to get a base of human players (usually), and then kind of slowly upgrade a level or two at a time all over your roster. You might get some luck here and there or have some of your own players to use, but it gets tougher every year with more and more teams out there.
