Warrior General Games

There really isn't anybody in our conference on level with you guys or Omaha right now. Maybe Houston could keep it close, but the rest of us are just lining up to see what round we fall to you guys in come playoff time. GG Reno. The level differential and excellent gameplanning are just too much to overcome. Maybe we'll have something for you eventually. But right now certainly isn't that time.

Reno is tough. They don't get as much respect from the pollsters as I think they should, but they're a damn good team. Just think what they'll be like after the rest of their players boost at the end of the regular season...

Carolina is still a solid team. You've done a nice job since you joined the league. Keep up the good work. Much respect for you guys.

Yeah, I'm beginning to think the "much respect" part may be biting us, lol. If Reno is like all the other active and competitive teams I'm a part of, they probably circled a couple of games in the second half of the season to use their bonus tokens on. I'll try to console myself with the fact that maybe we were on that short list. Otherwise, we just had a couple of terribly timed turnovers and I guess we did about as good against their defense as anybody not named Omaha We just had nothing for them.

The game was much closer than the score showed IMO. Things just went right for us. The score was 24-14 in the third quarter and it was certainly competitive until late. We just got lucky and didn't turn the ball over. It is hard to beat a good team if they get lucky enough to to not turn it over.

You've done a great job with that team and good luck the rest of the way.

Not to use the old cliche, but I will. The big wins will come. Every team goes through that. Omaha still is since we can't get out of the $@#$*@&% playoffs...

lol. Agreed. I'm sure you guys have some extra oomph reserved for Albequerque when you catch up to them in A.

May not matter if Bort realigns the leagues this offseason...

If Bort does do that, more than Reno and Omaha will get moved up. About a quarter of GLB is gutted.

I think with the current realignment plan we should move up for the most part but I do not ever know. Now we gotta focus on trying to get one of those top 4 seeds to make our first playoff season even more of a sucess.
