This happens all the time. There is no protection or rule against tampering. If your players want to stay, they will.

I know it's not against the rules, but doing this inside the same league isn't something I would ever consider myself.

Yeah, but there's a great atmosphere in this league and stuff like that will ruin it.

'Tapping up' is something that often happens in the game. I don't necessarily agree with it, but it certainly adds another level to the whole experience.

first off the dude is dumb, cause he says this, "Our ultimate goal is to try and add some quality builds so that we can try to snatch the championship next season" The person he sent this too has builds unviewable so there is no telling what kind of build he has, so im guessing when AWC recruits they recruit by level..prob reason they suck

That is so not the right thing to say right now (though you have a point)

1. There is no rule in GLB about talking to players who are currently on other teams. I personally see nothing wrong with it. I don't even think it's in poor taste.

2. However, I do think there is a rule about posting PMs in the forum, but I might be mistaken.

3. If your players leave because of a PM they received, then you really shouldn't want them around anyway.

that doesnt help your case, you or whomever still pm'ed the guy before knowing their builds, therefore you want to sign them without knowing the build....reason why AWC sucks! i rest my case!
