I have already softcapped speed, but i am looking at what I should go after softcapping next. My gut tells me to go with catching, but everything else tells me to go with agility. What do you guys think?

It doesn't matter. Just do one and then the other. The order doesn't really matter. Just personal preference. If you are on a human team, maybe ask the OC which he wants first.

If you are going speedster take your guy to the 2nd softcap right away. If you plan on taking Juke or Spin SA's later on, then I would softcap agility next, if the possession SA's then softcap catching next.

I'd softcap agility second regardless of possession or speedster.
Without some agility, speed means nothing.
