ive only got 220 FPs and i still have 11 of my players who are not boosted yet...so i kinda have a problem, haha

Crap team? At the same level that crap team would mop the floor with you and give you a good game at level 23/24. 25 Flexpoints aren't a lot and its not like you are going to be boosting without buying more.
