the great thing i like about this year is our schedule is a little spread out, last year we had like 5 of the top teams in a span of 6 games

we came out of that stretch ok...2-1 with a loss to Death Valley
on the spread out schedule i was refering to ours...last year we had you guys, death vally, panther hollow, phoenix and 1 or 2 others all in one stretch.

We have a good league...only a couple of "easy" games now. Some of the other leagues I'm in have 5-8 really bad rebuilding teams in them, the BBB 11 stays nice and competetive. I'm just hoping this is our year that we can get over the hump of the first two rounds of the playoffs.

This is a very competitive league, also communication is great, keeps ya' involved with the progression of you and your team in the GLB Fantasy World!

I understand...but we are really hoping to have a shot at moving up to A this year. Our team seems better balanced and is performing better right now than it has in a while.
And you guys are tearing it up...should be a good game next week

My guess is with all the gutted teams above our league the restructure will allow for all the playoff teams to move up. Maybe more. Crazy.

As I mentioned on another thread, our team on game 1 was missing a noticeable number of our current starters, whose old contracts expired up to day 4. So congratulations on the big win but it's not apples to apples when you compare with other teams that play us later!

An excellent, well-fought game. Just two teams playing for pride, and going to Duffy's afterwards to share some beers. We earned some respect back (I hope) with a 31-24 win. Still, the War Eagles got the one that counted game 1.
