Most people concede that Throwing and Vision are #1a and #1b for quarterbacks, but what is #3 on the list? Both of mine are in the mid\upper 20's currently, and I am debating which to soft cap next.

I'm leaning towards confidence right now.

Confidence is definitely the third most important attribute by far.

Confidence is way OVERRATED. Now I am not saying do not put any into it but mine is nowhere close to the soft cap and I am fine. I think strength is actually more important then vision, but everyone is different.

1. Throwing
2. Strength
3. SA

Confidence is far from overrated. It helps you not throw a lot of picks and helps you recover when you do throw picks. Strength is not that important. I have strength and confidence both at 48 and I am able to throw the ball deep every game and I barely throw picks. (P.S. Don't mind my Season 3. That's a whole different story.)

If you're on a bad team then confidence is probably more useful, although my team is pretty good so I've gone down the strength route.

My strength QB is playing pretty well on a rushing team. He's completed 75% of his passes.

Your stats are irrelevant. Winchester's position is that confidence is not a primary attribute. Assuming Winchester does not have high confidence, his argument can be made conclusively if people consider his stats to be quality stats - since the lack of confidence failed to cripple him.
