Uncle Sam's Misguided Children at Southside Spartans – Uncle Sam has been on a roll this season! They came out last season and showed everyone they are ready to be one of the elite teams in the West and they haven’t let up this season. After a big win over the Mayhem USMC gets to match up with the rebuilding Spartans. This will be no battle of Troy!
Misguided Children 48 – Spartans 10
Chicago Maroons at Ivalice Tacticianers – The Maroons have been playing solid football this season and have a very favorable match up this week. They need to remain focused and win this game and not focus on the upcoming nightmare of a schedule from here on out. The Tacticianers are coming off of a win and could sneak one past the Maroons.
Maroons 45 – Tacticianers 6
Pittsburgh Highlanders at Caprica Buccaneers – The mighty Buccaneers have spoken and with that win have they now become the dominant force in West? Will no one stand in their way and will they now become the NBSK of the West? With this great power comes great responsibility for you may very well go 16-0, but the curse of BBB #15 will be bestowed upon you! Was Rapid City’s loss a mere ploy to break the curse? Only time will tell what will become of this new Western giant.
Highlanders 6 – Buccaneers 45
Anchorage Wolves at San Jose SkyForce – The Wolves have breathed a breathe of relief after winning their last two games and are still trying to get to pull it together before their big show down with Rapid City. The SkyForce’s roster has come a long way from when they arrived in BBB #15, but they are still looking to prove they can take down the elite in the West. The Wolves refuse to sleep on any team that can surprise them!
Wolves ? – SkyForce ?
Rapid City Rushmores at DVDTalk Otters – Oh how the mighty have fallen! Did Caprica pave the way for the Otters? I know Anchorage hopes so! The Otters come into this game with a lot to prove. With an early loss to Anchorage this match up can impact the Western standings in a huge way. Can the Otters take down the Rushmores and continue their downward spiral? Can the Rushmores get out of the heart of their schedule with only 1 loss? No doubt about here; this is my GAME OF THE WEEK!!!!!
Rushmores 31 – Otters 30
Sierra Vista Buffalos at Death Valley Shadowblades – There are only a handful of players in GLB that the Buffalos haven’t tried to sign or trade for. They have built up the Red Devils into the mighty Buffalos and are attempting to make some noise this season. Their aggressive approach to team ownership has lead them to fielding a competitive team, but just how competitive can they be? Why guess when we can talk with the Buffalo’s team owner Hate Sighed:
So how do you think you guys will do this season? Do you think you’ll get a win?

I'd also lay a large sum that we don't go winless this season. We are overhauling and then overhauling the overhaul. From one human controlled player to people worried about playing time.
Powerful words and I’ll bet the Shadowblades heard this as well.
Buffalos 28 – Shadoblades 55
San Diego Silver Shock at Midwest Mayhem – The Silver Shock are coming off of a big loss to the Shadowblades and need to refocus here against the Mayhem. It appears that Death Valley found a way to shut down that high powered passing attack of the Silver Shock. Did they pave the way for the rest of the West? I’m sure Mayhem is reviewing that game to see if there are any clues left behind.
Silver Shock 35 – Mayhem 30
Rocky Mountain Thunder at Sioux Falls Storm - This is a big game for the Storm as they are almost out of the heart of their schedule and face an opponent they could easily overlook and focus in on Rapid City. However, the Thunder are showing they won’t go away quietly. After a rough match up with Caprica the Thunder didn’t go away quite so nicely against DVD. I guess we will find out if the Storm arrives before the Thunder!
