I have done all that I can to save this franchise. After building a respectable starting lineup it has become clear that we have a fatal flaw. After 4 seasons the team has only built 1 additional section in its stadium on top of the original sidelines and that in combination with our 0 fanbase due to only a handful of wins in 4 seasons has rendered us financially obselete. We do not have the funds to equip our players, sign FA's, or even retain our own players next season. We have 3.5 million dollars and after concession sales and payroll we will end the season with under a million dollars which will leave us unable to upgrade the stadium for the 5th consecutive season and with rising payroll due to increased levels we will not even be able to afford to resign our current roster, let alone FA's or equipment. The only option left that can give this team any sort of hope, is to sell of the current players for cash to upgrade the stadium, sign lower level players we can afford for longterm deals so that we can finally have a loyal roster who want to play here, and look to the future. I have been forced to retain players that have been inactive for over a month due to them knowing the owner, have not been given the loan we desperately needed in time to upgrade the stadium for two offseasons now, have an owner who has been inactive the last 9 days, and that is the norm for him, and can not continue to drive myself crazy when there is no possible way to succeed. I am not gutting the team as I will not be releasing players or trading them for minimum value, but I am doing what is best for this team. Their only hope is to fund a stadium that allows them to finance a team in the future and this is the only way to do so. I am willing to trade all players except for the owners since He has not signed on in 9 days and therefor hasnt given me consent to trade his guys. I want fair value in cash so if anyone in the BBB 12 wants a player on the roster, PM me and send the offer. I will accept the highest bid at 12 midnight or the first offer for max cash for each player. Im sorry to have to do this, but there is no alternative.

It sucks.... but there is no real alternative. We would lose either way, its just this way it at least helps us in the future rather than fighting tooth and nail this season to go 7-9 maybe, and then have to do this next season anyways and at that point we would have even less money because we would lose some of our expiring contracts that we couldnt trade at that point.

I sent an offer for some guys. I would like to offer Tommy Mac but I can't since he has a no trade clause. I would be willing to rework the deal today if we could get Tommy aboard. I think these guys would be able to do something special if they come to my team.

good luck on the rebuilding... yeah the stadium and income is the most important thing for the future of any team. Really you could sell all the players, sign CPUs for a season or 2 and build the stadium. Then start signing humans again once you have the money worked out. In 2 seasons I would think you'd be able to compete at that point with all the changes coming anyway.

Sorry to hear that! One thing you can do is to take out a loan during the off season, use it to upgrade a corner section, then repay it as soon as ticket money comes in. That way, you won't have to pay any interest on it. See if your players are willing to stick wi8th you a season without any equipment upgrade money. If you've been a decent owner, a lot should stick around. It looks as though Bort is trying to address the disparity in team levels. If he implements something next season, you might end up in a league with teams that you are competitive with.
If you are having fun, I'd say try to stick it out. If it's turning into a grind for you, then you are probably right in moving on.

I know, but It's always more fun to have active guys, and most of the active people that were on the team aren't on the team anymore or just quit being active.

Im not talking about we cant afford lvl 32 equip though bro, Im saying some of these poor bastards dont even have lvl 16 yet.... And thats with skipping the last 2 seasons of eq upgrades on top of the fact they had nothing at all when I took over last offseason...
