This is a very tough league, any team can start 0-3 and turn it around.

Hey Coach, your getting their on offense, but on defense your tactics, and personnel dont quite match right now.

If you get it fixed I see the possibility of 3 wins still this season.

Yeah, you have two fairly close losses and, while I don't know that much about Paris, AWC is usually a really good team. You'll get there.
