I am wanting a job for a team as a OC or DC. I am willing to work hard at getting some players signed and some things worked out to help your team this year. If signed as an OC I will work with the line first because the line is the core of the offense. Without an oline there is no chance for a QB to stay alive, or a RB to run around. Secondly I will work with either a run or pass offense to complete the team and fill with active human players who strive to win.
If signed with a team for a DC I will work to find human players who are willing to stick around and play to win. I will find a scout or two on our team to help learn the opposing team and overload their stong point. We will have to have a well enough rounded D to portect against the run and cover against the pass.
