i wish they would fix this so we wouldnt have 225-0 games... that is just stupid and ruins this game.... what a joke..

they need to move these teams down, now these poor new owners have to lose by over 100 points every week for an entire season, and try to recruit players.. who is going to join a team that is losing 225-0???

I hear ya, WOW 35 punt returns for 17 TD's. All 10 Int's returned to the end zone. I was surprised to see that the offense only put up 650 yards or so, 400+ running. I guess most of the owners of teams being relegated to lower leagues end up giving up. I think the real problem is that a bad team can't sign anyone. Even if your middle of the pack its almost impossible unless you know the player or someone on your team does. It would suck each season if teams were balanced out and moved around. Would take away from the ability to create rivalries.
But 255-0 is not good

Maybe they need to be relegated to CPU development leagues and then reintroduced after a couple of seasons?

it was actually 336-0. No fun at all for either team. No meaningful stats can be tracked among serious teams. This season will average about one fairly good match up every seven to ten days. All the games in between are complete garbage.

Agreed. The lack of parity is really doing a number on my power rankings.

i took over kentucky and they sucked, i'm not saying we are great or even good. We are middle of the pack but i have been recuiting and got some good players just need depth at all positions. We play the tough teams way better then i did last year but we don't get blown out that bad.
I m trying to be competive with ya all and love bbb 6

I know our (CS Stallions) situation is not completely the same as this - but I can draw comparisons.
We won 2 (or close to that) games three seasons ago. We were undefeated (regular season) last season. Obviously, it will be harder to build a team in this league in its current state - but it is far from impossible...you just have to want to do it.
We didn't do it with half the team coming from one owner. We recruited our tails off. We had a lot of players sign with us when we couldn't win a game against ourselves. We recruited on a plan and a promise... Luckily for us, we were able to put the W's up to back our word up. The players are out there. You just have to find them.

We know its not the new owners fault, you can only do what you can. It can be ridiculously difficult to sign players. Keep plugging away, it takes a little time to build up.

Yeah our game against Georgia wasn't fun at all. I could've set our offensive game plan any way and we still would've put up 200+ points. It seems to me (in the East at least) there's generally about 10 competitive teams and the final 6 have been doormats in which everyone runs over. Overall in #6 it seems as if some teams aren't really trying to get better either. I could be mistaken in this observation (maybe they actually are trying), but some of the same teams seem to get beat by the same score from the same opponents each season.
I took over as Bud Dry's OC in the middle of Season 2. We were desperately bare, almost all CPUs. I hit the recruiting trail and reeled in players. In the off-season it seemed as if half of the offense left - either because of inactivity, wanting to join their friend's team, or not seeing us as heading in the right direction. So I once again had to hit the recruiting trail and in Season 3 we put on a nice late season showing, upsetting a few darn good squads to eek into the Playoffs.
I know recruiting is mightily tough right now, but FAs love it when you bring up "Starter" or "Starter Snaps". It takes time and you have to want to do it as well. Sending PMs to players is best and make sure you follow up if they respond that they're interested. It let's them know that you're committed to bettering your team and not someone sending out mass PMs just to fill a hole to the first responder. Have a set type of build that you want. I know throughout my process I skipped over many higher level players simply because their build wasn't what I wanted for my offense. I think that's why CSS is so successful. Their roster on paper isn't intimidating by any means, but I'm sure they have offensive and defensive builds that work well in their philosophies.

I don't seem to mind it that much considering that the Pac-5 Warriors used to be that team that got stomped on regularly at least now we have someone to bully ourselves. However, I do have to agree somewhat, I mean 200 point blowouts are a little over the top, it would be nice if the games were a little closer.

yah i just think it is really unfair to these teams, and our league... stats are unreal, and takes the sim and fun out of the game.... I think they should create a league just for rebuilding, and gutted teams, or at least have some kind of a team rating cap per league, so all the teams in your league would be even.. would make it alot more fun, and not just the same 3 or 4 teams on top every year...

The problem with the lower level is that teams feel they can just use these leagues for developmental purposes. They have no stake in these teams because once a player is ready they move him up to a better team that they care about.

There's gotta be a way where some teams move to a more competitive league and others move down to a less competitive one. Season after season it's the same 4 teams at the top and the rest of us really don't stand a chance at all winning anything in this league. And now you have these other teams that are mostly CPU players and they just get stomped on completely. It's a total "haves" and "have-nots" league.
