The runaway leader in Bort's poll in your home page is to do a one-time league restructuring at the end of this season, to better place evenly matched teams into leagues together. As tough as many of you basta...I mean, teams are, I can see quite a few of you moving on up to the East side

Ya, it is a retarded move. Just because we have to build a competitive team, somehow they think teams need to move to a more "competitive" league. It's all bullshit. I want to earn my move up, not some punk ass move-up because I have to build a competitive team to compete in this league.

If they move my team out of the premiere league, I will be pissed. Fuckin jabroni's could of waited for their turn on the waitlist to get a USA team. But, they jumped at the first team to come along. Sure, to start in Oceania A or Canada BBB, you could of built a great team and probably won the league title and moved up. Like so many of my acquaitances on GLB, but I didnt want that.

I wanted to go to the best region and prove I could win. Now, Bort is going to take that away. Just like so much of the stuff many of the Alpha got to exploit and have a 160M bankroll. Must be nice to constantly fuck over everyone but the Alpha's.

Agreed - that friggin money bug drove me crazy and it took me 3 seasons to turn around my gutted team into a contender and even now we are very very very tight on the budget where are other teams can promise to give their teams 200k salaries and lvl 32 bonus equipments and still have 160 mil in the bank i gotta find guys who have patience and are willing to try win it for the pride and not for the money.

I hate it when they do that shyte !

Ya, that's the other thing people constantly talk about, but he never gives a fuck about...a total system reset. Wheres the vote for a total system reset? Oh ya, his fuckin RL buddies (the Alpha's), would get totally bent and have all their shit stripped and be on the same ground level as everyone else. I forgot, if he wanted to make it fair, strip all real world region, make then blue, green, or whatever non-RW names of geographical relevance, and reset the system. If he totally re-organizes the regions, he needs to wipe the slate clean and start everyone at 0 with their flex back, so we can rebuild our players and everyone has the same exact rules to play by and grow their clubs by....

the lycans were in the red their first two seasons of existence towards the end. up to -400k. But we've turned it around, just takes a little bit of time to build up a stadium.

T-Cats got off to a slow start too. We just now got started on the second level of our stadium. We have outstanding fan support, but not enough seats to fit everyone in.

See, thats what I am talkign about. We all have/are taking our lumps to build competitive teams and this is the thanks we get from Bort. Some of the guys in here I dont particularly like, but I cant say 75% of the owners in here dont try and dont have a right to be cocky. You took/are taking your lumps and built/building quality teams to compete. Now, we face the possibility of being split up and more then likely promoted. Thats a crock.... Nothing like splitting up leagues that have history together. Just like us beating Lincoln today, if they dont move up, you know they will be gunning hardcore for us next year. LOL. That's good stuff! Why split that up?

I'm not usually one to complain about changes being made. Most of them make the game better. You just have to get used to them, and adjust accordingly. But I don't think league restructuring will improve the game one iota. In two seasons, they'll be talking about doing it again. Just let the damn promotion/relegation system do it's job.

I assume they are doing all of it to "sweep" the leagues of formerly gutted, rebuilds, and slow build teams. What are they going to do to stop it from happening again that they can't just do to the current format?

Their poll claims that the majority of the players want everything turned upside down, drastically changed, and wherever you end up you end up. I don't believe that for a second.

I am all for doubling the promotion/relegation process though.

Yep. I voted for that too. It just seems like the best way to get the good teams at the top and the weaker teams at the bottom. If they restructure now, what happens in a couple seasons when several more teams have been gutted? It will tick people off if they keep swapping teams around.

I can gaurantee you that everyone outside of the USA region is voting for the total toss up and let the piece fall where the may format. To them, to be anywhere other then USA is the same. But, to get a shot to land in USA is worth the toss-up. I passed up a lot of teams while on the waitlist to get a USA club, now I have a what, 85% chance to be somewhere else but the USA. BULLSHIT! All under the guise to be in a more "competitive" league. I think this league is plenty competitive.

Only way to do it if we are going to get booted out of USA, is to put every team into one giant pyramid. Make it a true king of the hill competition.

The reason I rag on teh Alpha's. Who are the most seniored teams on the game? The Alpha's. Who will go to the USA Pro, the Alpha's. Total system reset, and feed all teams into one humongous pyramid to feed to the top. That way the best of the best get to fight for supremecy. That's how I think it shold be anyways. Be the most challenging.

Going to disagree here. My original players are in the South American Pro Santiago Benitos. Other than having to put up with the Cobra Kai, I like being in the SA Pro.

I think he'll try to keep everyone in the same region, but I still don't like the idea of restructuring.

I voted for the bow-tie structure though. That way, everyone would have a chance to fight their way to one ultimate goal. They could even make it so the 'middle' of the bow-tie wasn't one dominant league, but rather a single GLB championship game pitting the winners of the two top leagues against each other for the crown. That would be cool.

I hate conflicts of interest too. I bet I end up in a league that I have players on 3 different teams lol.
