Warrior General Games

This is only a very brief effort for now.

I'll add details as and when I can.

Right now I am just using last season as a basis then looking at the last 2 games played.

Also considered the interleague match up.

Elite Teams

These were my 4 favs before the season started, and I have seen nothing to change my mind.
FTAs win over Woo Jacks will probably set the trend and I look for all the above teams to be beating each other.

Contenders
2-0-0 Lake Charles Who Dats
1-1-0 Berlin Blitzkrieg
1-1-0 Aberdeen Wrecking Crew

Berlin and AWC have slipped a little and are at risk of dropping down a tier.
Who Dats are the most likely to step up a tier, with a 2-0 record vs 2 Bubble teams.

Bubble Teams
1-1-0 London Monarchs
1-1-0 E-City Mercenaries
1-1-0 Toledo Swords
1-1-0 Chicago Rocks
1-1-0 Paris Philharmonic

* Monarchs are 1-1 after playing two 'Contenders' so look to be in a good position.
* Mercs have beaten a fellow bubble team in Paris and lost to a contender.
* Chicago and Paris have yet to beat anyone of significance.

0-2-0 Stuttgart Nighthawks
0-2-0 Blackpool Mountain Lions

I'd say Berlin is underrated.

Speaking for myself and not the rest of the FTAs, I'm a bit nervous at being placed in the that elite list. While I think we're very good and that we've improved in the offseason, you still got us in a group against which we're a total 2 and 11 over the past 5 seasons. We still have a lot to prove.

This, but I'm really looking forward to what happens down the road. I was excited that we beat Woodridge, but I'm also really hoping that this is the year that Valhalla and Wembley, especially Wembley, finally go down.

That's what I love about this league. Everybody has a nemesis or two that makes the season interesting no matter what.

For me, aside from the obvious Woodridge, I'm hoping this is the season I can finally claim wins over London and E-City (I know Wembley beat E-City in the regular season and the playoffs in Season 1, but I wasn't part of the team for the regular season matchup and I was brand new to the team for the playoff matchup, so I don't count those).

Yeah, I love our matchups.

I classify games as rivalries that others don't.

I look very forward to Berlin, WuJacks, Valhalla, Wembley, and Lake Charles.
I just look regular(?) forward to the rest.

I agree Dublin, LOL.

I miss our old Nighthawk defense. I want to know how we shifted from a stingy defensive club to a overpowered offense that wins by outscoring in a shoot-out.

I personally feel we are a middle of the pack team. I just hope we turn around soon.
