Which settings do you use for NT's with high strength and agility - power or combo?

Power usually, but elusive can help the DEs by jumping to the outside and taking the OT sometimes.
This is SPARTA!

I use Combo (just switched)
Question - Power = Bull Rush
Does Bull Rush = penetration (i.e. faster off the line, etc.)???
I ask because my NT's do not seem to get the penetration they had before the new settings.
Thoughts?

NTs just get double teamed almost every play and I rarely see them disengage from the blockers. I wish agility played more of a role for them then it does.

is it possible your agility isn't high enough?

Over 60, which I know is about 60-75% higher than most OL have there. If I need a STR over 80, agil over 80 and Stamina and tackling over 50 just to compete with OL, something is wrong.

so when you start seeing these NT's with 100 strength continuing to do nothing, then what do you attribute their lack of production to?

You realize that OL has blocking instead of agility for working with blocks, right?
yeah, but agility also helps with blocking. Against equal competition, DT's (at either tackle position) are more likely to get around blockers than through them.

I agree that agility is key for DTs, I was more responding to the guy above me who seemed to think that it's crazy that OL with lower agility can block them.

I do realize that they have blocking as a skill. I am simply pointing out that agility for DTs needs to be given more credence in the play determination. DTs need so many attributes at a high level to even compete but OL just need STR and Blocking? Not really all that fair. If agility has so much importance with WRs, RBs and DBs and how they can move and avoid opponents, why not have the same rules apply to DL and OL? Sure blocking helps OL, but to have that seemingly override any skills that the DL may have is silly. The elite DL seem to have to have over a 70 agility, but then also have so many other high attribues that it's frustrating to have a good build DT but they don't seem to make much effect on plays.

My DT rushes the QB pretty well with the majority of my points in str/agility right now. I just think people allocate points badly, agility is way more important for pass-rushing right now than str (although you definitely can't not get str on a DT, I think str/agility work very well in tandem). I'll have to see more as I level up but I've been getting by guys who are 3-6 levels higher than me and my build could be much better had I chosen to slow build.
