I'll make it as quick as I can. My team is focused long term. A lot of owners are just concerned with filling empty spots with live bodies with okay skill. For me, we're looking for guys who want to take the game a little more serious, pay a little more attention to the development of their player and how they can make him work best for the team. If that sounds appealing to you, we can work out a great contract offer for you that covers the cost of daily training until you boost to your next level. At that point, we'd renegotiate to cover your costs. Next, a signing bonus that will cover your equipment at every interval. I'm not going to overspend on a player because that hurts the whole team. One guy does not deserve special treatment when we all contribute in our own way and have a player or two who make a difference. Money could be spend on a better stadium and generate more money for the team to get even better players to surround you with.
