Talented level 22 WR with a special circumstance- I would like the option to be released at midseaason so he can join my team once the cap gets lifted if my team needs him. I understand if teams don't want to take the chemistry hit, but if you're willing to do so, you'll get a talented WR for at least half a season. Would like as much PT as possible, but understandable if i'm a back up.
