Is there anybody that runs alot of cover 0/1. I want to be able to watch some game film on how it reacts to different situations!! Let me know if your team runs that a fair bit... not just every so often.

I use cover 1 a lot to try to stop the running game. It let's your SS move up into the box. If your looking for film, look at the early games from last season.

I also run a cover 1 quite a bit (more so in running situations) to bring our SS up in the box.

My team runs Cover 0 and Cover 1 a ton. Check out pretty much all of my games.

Mostly cover 1 for my team.

I ran a bit of Cover 0 last year and I still run a ton of Cover 1... but now I keep most of my Cover 0 to goal line situations.
