I have a question. Is it going to be all the GM's or is it going to be just 1 GM? Cause if we have everyone's its going to be just outragous. I'd prefer if it was just 1 Owner and 1 GM...

Ok, here are the guildlines. 1 owner, 1 gm from each team.
You do your own conference.
Every coach and gm (the 1 gm per team) post their rankings here, and monday morning i will average the rankings together and put a list of composite rankings for each conference

a team rep can cast the team's ballot perhaps? whether coach, gm, or active player?
