Here is the original deal I was getting into, quoted by the guy that signed me:
We like the beginning of your build and let me explain our plans. we are in our building process. thats why we are recruiting level 14 -16, this time next season you should be level 21 - 24 which at that time we will be competing. we do not expert to win many games, but our chemistry will be nice. we will get an idea of which position players will perform better, for example NT vice DT, or LOT vice ROT, ect... So if you are willing to accept a muti-year deal will would love to have you. We will pay for all equip upgrades as you hit those levels. we would like for you to train at normal so you can maximize the traing XP. So I hope you still would like to come aboard.
Plus i also want to disclose that if at anytime you are not happy with the way the team is run or if you purchase your own team and want to play on it, just let us know which team to send you too, because this game suppose to be fun, not stressful.

Now that sounds like a pretty decent set up, right? Especially with a lvl 14 LB that isn't even that good. So a press release really doesn't seem like a bad way to complain about this:
ALL PLAYERS WILL BE TRADED OR RELEASED HERE SHORTLY. THE OWNER HAS MADE THE DECISION TO CREATE A SLOW BUILD DYNASTY. IF YOU HAVE ANY LVL 1 PLAYERS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE APART OF THIS, THEN LET US KNOW EITHER HERE OR THROUGH PM..THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL IN THE FUTURE.
