Well, here's my version of the AP poll. It's way too early and I'm talking out of my ass, but that's what preseason polls are for:
1. Michigan: 16-0. Choke in Playoffs. Book it.
2. Carson City Cubes. Little punks just keep getting better & better. Model of how to revive a gutted team.
3. Seattle Reign. Nice looking squad, proved they can gameplan in the playoffs. Will their tiny stadium doom them, though?
4. Columbus Buckeyes. Not sure why they sucked last season, but I don't expect it to happen two seasons in a row.
5. Milwaukee Fire. Meh. They exist.
6. Pontiac War Kittens. We have a lot to prove after last season.
7. Megatropolis Tigers. Again a team that just exists.
8. Maryland Iron Maidens. Perenial underperformers. If they manage to sign a 3rd CB, they'd move up in the rankings, though.
9. Lexington Mob. Despite handing us an embarrasing defeat last season, I still don't respect this team.
10. Las Vegas Wildcats. Good shot at playoffs. No Cubes, but good.
11. New Jersey Vikings. Tough Offseason, but they won a game last season.
12. Anonymous Assasins. Pretty weak CB's will hurt them.
13. Cleveland Greyhounds. This team will actually require gameplanning. No gut job from USA A for us, I guess.
14. Tulsa Tornados. At least they're entertaining, I predict a Vegas like trajectory for them.
15. Chicago Storm. Meh.
16. Albany Death. Will somebody get this peice of shit team out of our conference already? Great, you have a stadium, how bout buying a fricking team too? They'll be able to compete by season 8, maybe.

give all cube props to __TCL__, he's done a pretty awesome job, except i think he buys too many seats.
let me edit that a bit:
i think he buys WAY too many seats. like he's a seat fanatic. pretty sure he could care less if we win so long as we have more seats than our opponents.

Actually, you guys are about where you should be for seats IMO. Here's the breakdown as of 2:00 Eastern today on seat totals:
Milwaukee: 43290 (including 250 luxury suites)
Columbus: 41280
Cubes: 36940
Albany: 36210
Pontiac: 31240 (including 250 luxury suites)
Michigan: 28040
Vegas: 25690
Maryland: 25010
Assassins: 24000
Megatropolis: 22970
"Danger Line"
Lexington: 21250
Cleveland: 16260
Tulsa: 15300
Seattle: 11850
Storm: 10440
Jersey: 9730
I'm going to be curious to see if the teams below my "Danger Line" can remain viable. Of those below the line, only Tulsa is sitting on a nice chunk of cash.

fire pits big this season.. were 52600 seats strong, with more room for seat expansion after we give out our player bonuses.

I have a maxed out Stadium in A#1 of 55,520 seats, I can't buy anything else until I build the 300 level this offseason.

yeah I plan on buying some more seats here soon. And thanks for not ranking us last. I actually want a decent team and that's what we are trying to build.

I'm going on a limb this season and saying the Cubes are the team to beat in the East.
How's that for a jinx?

So when the cubes move to A1 at the end of the season, you think they will be playoff contenders right away?
