Alright, to the WR guys who frequent this forum, and you know who you are, what are we thinking on training?

Intense? Pro's/Con's?

Normal? Pro's/Con's?

I want to maximize my attributes which way are people leaning to get there given the limited info that has been provided?

I'm guessing the best part of this is the 10 bonus tokens for a +1 attribute to equipment since at higher levels you don't have to spend multiple skill points for a +1 increase on that attribute.

Honestly, I have no idea either

I need to see what you can buy when shopping before I make my decision.

I'm gonna go intense training I think . Just don't know what I'm gonna train so far , but he's adding some more options right now . I'm thinking leg press with strength + jumping would be nice

I'd like to see every attribute combined with stamina so I have an excuse to get that up. Seems like every combo he currently has listed I have 1 high attribute and 1 low making it pointless to do combo.

He's gonna add more options , don't know when just know he's going to . There's a big suggestion thread about it that he's aware of .

Looking at a 5 day period you can train intense twice or normal 5 times.

For example we will use skill attribute A and B. I will assign arbitrary values of 100 for each level of training as it is easier to work with for percentages.

Intense
Bout 1:
A 125 (100% training, plus 25% more for intense = 125)
B 125

Bout 2:

A 125
B 125

Total points trained 500 (125x4)
Total Skill A trained 250 (125x2)
Total Skill B trained 250

You gain a token each time you train intense that you can use for a +1 skill point when trading in 4 tokens (4 intense training sessions or once every 10 days.)

Is that more effective at increasing a skill than normal training over the same period?

Bout 1:
A 100 (100% training)
Bout 2:
A 100
Bout 3:
A 100
Bout 4:
A 100
Bout 5:
A 100

Total points for A trained: 500

Options for Normal training secondary activity are:
-No Activity, which adds a small amount of additional attribute training. (But how much?)
-Go Shopping, Earn 1 shopping token which can be used to purchase advanced equipment.

Now my question is, is it more efficient in a 10 day period (20 accrued training points) to train Intense 4 times to get 1000 training (again arbitrary assigned number that we don't what it is) and +1 skill point or will the secondary bonus "No activity" on normal training, add up to +1 skill point after training 10 times? We'll know which one is better if we can figure out what level of bonus "no activity" gives. Of course this doesn't take into account if the shopping equipment bonus will make up for the +1 skill point or not. If someone has some flex points to spend on a new players to test what bonuses "No activity" gives, I'd appreciate it if they trained him up 5 times on normal and posted how much extra the secondary activity gives.

I'm on it.

Say Hello to Mr. Intense, Mr. Normal, and Mr. Shopping.

They are Cs. Sorry, I'm cheap. Rolled each to get 10 in catch and carry. Mr. Intense will train Precision catching. Mr Normal will train Catching and do nothing. Mr. Shopping will train Catching and go shopping every day.

More to come.

EDIT: Added Mr. Clubbing to the experiment. I'll let you guess what his MO will be.
