This was created for those who are curious of what the USAORG is about and who we are.
The teams are: USAORG Cartel, USAORG Dragons, USAORG Exiles, USAORG Legionnaires, USAORG Mercenaries, USAORG Titans, and USAORG Vacationers.
What is the USAORG?
The ORG is a collection of various teams. We share ideas in builds, tactics, & Advanced AIs. We help each other recruit and keep an eye out for free agents or players wishing to join.
What is the purpose of "The ORG?"
Our goal within "The ORG" is to get a team in every Pro League in GLB.
Do I have to leave my other teams?
No, we encourage players to do as they please.
Am I limited to which "ORG" team I play on?
We try work with our players to get them where they'd like to be.
Am I limited to how many players I have in "The ORG?"
If you wish to bring ALL your players to the ORG more power to ya, however we do not wish to limit anyone's game play.
Are you looking for players?
The USAORG is always looking for players. We however may not be able to sign the players or have room for the team you wish to be on.
Will I have to submit my build to "ORG" demand?
The ORG simply provides suggestions and insight on builds. You will not be buried if you build how you want.
Will I be "ninja traded" out of "The ORG?"
Though this was a problem in the past, our communications has opened up with players. That being said, if a player asks to be released or traded, sometimes what the player wants is not workable for the ORG. IE the team he wishes to go to isn't working well with fair and equal compensation. We make long term financial commitments to all players and when they leave by their choice, we must get fair compensation.
Can my team join USAORG?
We currently are thinking about expansion, but at the moment we're not quite sure.
How would I join?
We'd prefer you to contact an ORG owner or JuggaloXtreme. Then ORG owners would have to deliberate over your "application" and also talk with you via PM.
Is the USAORG a farming system?
Despite what the vocal few wish you to think the USAORG is not a farm system. We sometimes move players between ORG teams, due to upgrades from the Free Agency and/or trades, but the agent of the relegated player can request to remain in the ORG. Many of our loyal agents are always granted their choice, unless that team would have trouble getting that player playing time. Most of the ORG players want to do what is best for the ORG, as we try to make it an organization they want to be a part of.
What type of information is shared among teams in the ORG?
We share build tips/designs, advanced tactics, and recruitment opportunities.
How do you become a GM on an ORG team?
The best way is through hard work and dedication. Make the owner recognize you, not by spamming his PM box, but by helping out with game planning and/or scouting. If you are interested in learning about the AIs, tactics, and game planning let it be known on the forums; we'll do our best to teach you what you want to know.
Am I required to boost 3 times each season?
It's not required, but we'd like if you did.
Will the ORG shift my player to a team to win a championship?
This is a hard question to answer. Every team moves players to and from their team to win championships, but we allow the players to dictate where they'd like to be placed. If a team is lacking in one area we look for a player that could fill that spot. We promote from within first and then seek a replacement from the outside.
May I request to be moved to another ORG team?
You may request to be moved within or out of the ORG. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
**IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR THE USAORG PLEASE CONTACT JUGGALOXTREME. HE REQUESTED THIS THREAD LOCKED DUE TO IT BEING DERAILED SO MUCH.**
