Which of these QBs would you start on a level 13 capped team:

QB #1 (level 13):

Strength: 18.8 Blocking: 8
Speed: 33.4 Tackling: 8
Agility: 21.6 Throwing: 59.13
Jumping: 12.4 Catching: 12.4
Stamina: 16.8 Carrying: 12.4
Vision: 29.87 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 18.8 Punting: 10

2-2-2-2-2
1-1-1-1-1


QB #2 (level 10):

Strength: 20.02 Blocking: 9
Speed: 11.8 Tackling: 8
Agility: 17.51 Throwing: 64.76
Jumping: 11.8 Catching: 11.8
Stamina: 14.6 Carrying: 11.8
Vision: 48.14 Kicking: 9
Confidence: 16.6 Punting: 8

1-1-1-1-1
0-0-0-0-0

I know they both need to get strength, stamina and confidence up.

#2, better throwing and vision. #1 going that deep into the rushing tree is making a mistake.

IMO

You need to split them 50/50 because of the low stamina. Start one one game and the other the next. Then feel it out from there.

Just have them set their tactics much differently.

maybe have the level 10 set to dump to HB always/don't set favs/scramble of course/ loft

and for the level 13 set favs (change them up if you have 3 good wr and a Receiving TE) sometimes or never dump to HB/never scramble/ medium throw.

Not really. The only effective QBs are passing QBs.

2 for sure! better throwing, vision, and strength

his confidence is only 2 points lower too, he could easily address that with some training...

2 but like a guy above me said both needs significant playing time has neither has the stamina to be a starting QB.

My QB (#2) is starting and had a pretty good first game, but due to lame WRs his 2nd game was awful. He had a 14.3 QB rating because our 2 starting WRs combined for 19 drops in one game! One of which was my slow build speed WR who may have 80 speed but only 22 catching which is why I said before the season that he shouldn't be a starter, but they wouldn't listen to me and started him.

Drops ain't always on the WR. It also seems a little hypocritical to blame the WR when you yourself have a low-catching WR in the corps. Your low confidence also means that you start throwing worse after the incompletions start rolling in. Now, I'm not saying that you did anything wrong with your build, having done much the same myself, but that you should have more patience with your guys. WR is a very tough build, point-wise.
