I just took over a team that had nothing left really. Looking for any and all advise from you guys.

yeah, they've been on a slippery slope since season 2. Don't expect to be competitive right away.. about the only team so far that's managed to do that after a transition of ownership is Carson City, and even that was a multi person collaboration.

They looked like top contenders season 2, then it was down hill imo
