I just inherited the Indiana Wildkats (name to soon change) and wanted to quickly say Hi. Obviously the team needs some work going 1-15 and having no money but I do have a plan to be competitive in a couple seasons; next year you will likely enjoy seeing me on the schedule thou. Try not to run up the score too much on me . Look forward to getting to know everyone.

welcome, I have seen some teams go from rags to riches, so I think it's possible. It might take a little while but it can be done. It helps if you have a lot of friends on here that can help get you some bodies.

Good luck to you guys. You've come into, unquestionably, the best division I've had the honor to play in, and honestly am kind of sorry to be leaving. I plan to check in now and then.

For what its worth, one of the top teams in the East here started out as a laughingstock 0-16 team and has built into a shining example of what some hard work can do. The Showboats and High Rollers are also good examples of teams making some big strides, so its definitely possible.

Luck. My advice to you is find people commited to playing a few losing seasons from the bottom up where they boost at the end of the season. I came into the league with 900k to start and a completely gutted team. We fielded 40 level four guys and got our asses handed to us for two seasons. But now we have a stadium in the works and this third season here should put us on the low end of competitive.

But your players need to know that it's going to be three months of patience before they start to see any results. (or we hope to see results this season anyway)

Hello and welcome. Nice to see the West upgrading in the class department, they were a bit deficient the last 2 seasons.

QFT - you are a 100% improvement in so many ways over the team we took with us up to A8.
