Word is Bort's working on the elusive running style still, not entirely sure he's got it set, but getting close. As for vision, it never was really broken. If you have the right attributes in you build done right, you're guy won't have issues. Last season it was debatable about if it was broken or not.

Correct. the only reasons powerbacks have been doing so well is because Defensive players have been focusing on speed/agility rather than strength/tackling.
Powerbacks won't be nerfed, they will just become a bit less effective once people begin realizing that to stop them, you need to be able to tackle...
