1. A team that runs the ball. I want to see a tough O-Line, dominant backs and a commitment to pounding the rick.
2. A contender at the AAA or Pro level. Johnny has slogged around the BBB's, A's and AAAA's on some pretty bad teams. He's ready to win. He's got the build that will help you get it done.
3. Active team in the game and on the forums.
